If you would like to change your plan from monthly to annual or from annual to monthly, the process will depend on if you signed up for Diet Doctor using a credit card or a PayPal account.
Credit card
If you started your Diet Doctor subscription via credit card, you are able to manage and switch your plan in your membership page.
Temporarily, you will see one of two options:
- Click on Change membership plan under Membership plan.
- Click on Manage my membership and click on Update plan, follow the steps to successfully change your current plan.
* Important: Please note that if you switch your plan before the free trial ends, you will be charged immediately. Should you decide to switch, it is best to make this change the day before your first charge is scheduled.
PayPal
If you see the button Manage PayPal pre-approved payments, currently you are unable to switch between our two plans. If you started your Diet Doctor subscription using PayPal and you would like to switch plans, you must cancel your account first and restart your subscription with the desired plan, once the trial or current billing period has expired.
App Store
In order to switch your plan, you must cancel your membership and restart it, while choosing the desired plan. Learn how to cancel your membership here.
