After a number of failed payments, the account goes inactive and you need to reactivate it. 

Reactivate Your Membership With Your New Card:

Please go to your membership page, press Update payment information and follow the following instructions:

  • If you have a credit card, please make sure your card has online purchases enabled. You don’t have to remove the old card number. Enter the new number manually, (ignore any automatically entered account number), and get your membership going.
  • If you have a PayPal subscription, please select PayPal option under "Change payment method" and follow the instructions.
